"HAPPY WOMEN'S DAY!"

Dear diary,

Belated happy women's day to all my beautiful female readers!! I know this post is late...it's not going to be a long one, I promise.😁

Whiles walking down this path of life, I've come across many wonderful women. Women who will stand up for you when the odds are against you, those who will defend you in your absence, those who will provide a shoulder of comfort and a word of encouragement in your dark days, those who will pray for you, those who will feed you when you have no financial means to do so, those who will celebrate your wins with you, and those who will celebrate you as a person.

In contrast with the way the world views interfemale relationships today, I believe there is still a ton of positivity among females. But of course, there'll always be that one bad apple in the entire bunch, which in this case represents a tiny fraction of the entire female population who are not their sisters' keepers.

Today, I choose to celebrate the rest of the good apples in the bunch, and refuse to accentuate the bad ones. Sometimes all it takes is a quick glance to be able to see the beauty in all the chaos.

I'm thankful to all the women in my life (you know yourselves lol), you guys are amazing! And I'm thankful for all of you. Thank you for encouraging when I felt overwhelmed, thank you holding me up when I was sinking into the ground. All of you are worth celebrating!

Shoutout to all the women out there going against the social norm of women bringing themselves down. Shoutout to all you women out there doing exploits, and teaching the younger generation that they can do great things, and bring about a good change into the world. You are appreciated and loved.

If for any reason you're not feeling yourself today, look at yourself in the mirror, you are beautiful, you are kind and you are loved. You're going to make it through today. Tomorrow always bears with it a hope of better days. Smile, get ice cream and rest; pizza too if you're like me. The best is yet to come! Lots of love!!❤
